Yesterday morning as soon as I opened my eyes I Knew I’ll be in pain for the rest of the day, the sharp pain in my neck was working it’s way up to my head… I Finally got up and drove to our Dahn Yoga center in Kipling. Focusing on a certain body part that is in pain and exhale as you imagine the pain leaving your body is a very effective technic that helped me yesterday. If you are in pain somewhere in your body and you are debating whether to go to class or not my suggestion is to go ahead and go to the class, just take it easy and let your instructor know about the pain. Meanwhile enjoy your body!

I do this every time I have to stretch out my legs. My hips are soooo stiff and this breathing method REALLY helps! Thank you!

I always feel so much better after taking a class. This is especially true when I have struggled the most to get there because I have not felt well.
