right, I really want to control myself. but my ego is so strong !!! But Dahn yoga has BR class ! It really helps a lot!

Isn’t that true. I usually ive negative information to my brain about myself, so when I try to use it positively, I don’t get much response, and almost always fail. And so, my negative cycle starts again.
I’ve realized that I need to give my brain more positive reinforcement and then, when I try to use my brain, I will get productive answers.

When I read this I thought about the positive effects of PBM training.

Relax the brain for me is most helpful, then I can hear the messages that really are worth something.
