If I knew about the BEST 5 system before, I would have taught my grandma some of the things that we do. She loved yoga and exercise (and made me do it when I hated it), so I think she would have adapted quickly to this training. She passed away a few years back, but I’m interested to see if BEST 5 would really help with Alzheimer’s.
