When  I  do Dahnmudo postures, I can  feel my yong chon,  energy point  on the soles of  my  feet.  It is  an amazing feeling to feel earth energy and  heavan  energy  uniting  in my body.   I  am opening my yong chon!

Finding  what  your  meant  to do is  the  only  work that  you need..  Find  your  purpose  and  do  it  with  all your  heart.  Through  Dahn  class  you will be  able  to find  your  passion!

Today  I had  incredible lower back pain.. Very unusual.. I held hang gong posture #1 and #4 for  a  very  long time.  I  am sooo grateful that  after  30 minutes.. All the lower back  pain  is  gone!!!!  I  am  so  happy that  I  can do this Dahn practice it is so precious.

Dr. Ilchi Lee recently shared about the Brain Wave Vibration training and purpose.  I keep studying it and I keep realizing how much my brain stem is important.  I can feel myself  going deeper and deeper into my own brain and I feel the vibration awakening all of my inner senses.  This is truly a great training.

I  feel  that  going  with  the  flow  of  life  is  such  a  simple  thing  to  do….Most  of us  don’t  and  have a  resistance  to  doing  the  things  that  you  do. 

If  you just  trust the  flow,  everything always  works  out  perfectly…THrough  Dahn trainings  I  have  learned  to  become  patient! 

Our soul wants to complete itself..That’s  why  we  are  here.  If  you  are  not  taking  the  steps  to do this  you end  up  feeling  very  empty  inside  as  Dr. Il Chi Lee  says.  By asking  yourself  if  you are  truly happy  you  will  understand  whether  you are  doing  it  or not..

From my studies with Dr. Ilchi Lee.  I found that inner peace can be achieved through acceptance of now.  When I accept what-ever good or bad that is happening in or around my body I can feel at ease without much or any worry.  The part that takes practice is maintaining this feeling of peace.  I have to keep telling myself that it is okay.  That feeling of total acceptance is easy to experience one time.  It is challenging to experiecnce the same feeling in different situations.

Has anyone checked out the 21-day miracle training on Ilchi.com? It seems very interesting. It seems very similar to a lot of existing self- improvement programs, but the objective seems fundamentally different. Much more beyond just the simple “miracle.” Click here to check out the program.

Dr. Ilchi Lee recently introduced another way to stimulate and awaken the brain.  Chewing gum even long after the flavor is gone and moving the gum playfully around in the mouth can stimulate the brain to awaken the unused areas
