If  you  feel  the  beauty of  nature  its  because  you recognize  the  beauty  within  yourself.  I  am  very  fortunate  to have  experienced  so much  beauty as  a result of  Dahn  trainings.  Life  is  so  beautiful…

The  only  way to  truly  create  something  beautiful is through  empty mind.  Through  Dahn training  you  are  able  to  achieve this state  and  learn to control  it  within  yourself.   Learn to control  your  mind  not  let  it  control you.

We  all have  felt  a  sense  of  separation  in our  lives.  To  feel the  oneness  between  humans  the  earth  and  spirit  is  so remarkable. Through Dahn practice  I  am  able  to understand  and  feel this  oneness  deep inside  myself. 

What is  the meaning  of life?  What is the meaning  of death? The  cycles  of  life  and  death are  constant and  always  begin  with one.  Ther  is no  end  and  there is  no beginning.  THe  purpose is  to live a  life  with  meaning, making  a difference  in this world. 

“Ask your brain and confirm its answer with your heart.  “ 

 I  ask  my brain  what  to do….

 When  I am  guided  by  my soul  I am  able  to  listen to my  brain. 

I  can  know  what  my brain  really  wants  and  make  amazing  decisions.

My personal theory of meditation based on the training I have received from Ilchi Lee.  One if the brain has one point to focus on concentration can be created.  Meditating the way modern people think usually would consist of attaining the state of nirvana or emptiness.  Without a focus point the mind can easily be scattered and the brain stay busy processing thoughts.  Since where the mind goes energy follows.  All the thoughts would receive the energy from the brain.  Therefore it would be difficult to feel the state of inner peace within the body.  With Ilchi Lee’s method of meditation using the body as a focal point the energy from the brain can be concentrated in the body and the feelings of the body can be observe more attentively.  The brain also can have less distractions from outside and can find the place inside to meet the inner calm a meditation practicioner usually seeks.  Why would we look outside to find peace inside?  Focusing inside makes real sense.

Participants enjoying Ilchi Lee's lectureIn honor of Ilchi Lee’s new book, Walking To Save My Life: Jangsaeng Walking, a celebration “Lecture & Concert to Become 10 Years Younger” was held at the Seoul Plaza Hotel, Seoul, South Korea, November 21, 2007. This book explains Jangsaeng Walking, a method which Ilchi Lee developed while healing his own back after falling off a horse. Published in May 2007, the Korean book has sold about 130,000 copies up to now.
Lecture & Concert to Become 10 Years Younger
The celebration centered around a lecture on this healthful method for feeling years younger. Over 500 celebrities from the political, financial, academic, legal, and art circles participated in the event, including Minister of Labor Sangsu Lee and congressman Jaeyoon Kim.

Others sent congratulatory messages, including CEO of Hyundai Hyun, presidential candidate Myung-bak Lee, and former majority leader Park.

Participants received Ilchi Lee’s lecture on Brain Management philosophy and principles, and experienced Brain Wave Vibration Training, in addition to Jangsaeng Walking. Brain Wave Vibration Training and Jangsaeng Walking are methods for everyone to manage their health and emotions, and take care of their family’s health. Ilchi Lee has conducted a lecture tour about the walking method in 13 cities in the US and 12 cities in Japan.

To celebrate the publication, famous Korean singers Young Nam Cho and Soon Shil Woo performed with Japanese vocalist and Dahn Center member Noma Naoko. Of special interest was a piece composed and sung by Woo entitled “Jangsaeng Walking”.

The event also was a fundraiser for Children with Tuberculosis in North Korea, combining with $6,000 that Ilchi Lee had donated before the event.

My theory based on the experiences I have had regarding the intestine excercise from Ilchi Lee’s training system is that the way the intestines become healthy is similar to the way a computer operates.  First when you do the intestine excercise  you stimulate the intestines allowing the brain to scan the entire intestine to see what is it’s current condition and also to see what it needs.  Each time you stimulate each area of the intestine you allow the brain to do a more indepth scan of the organ checking at each moment how much energy needs to go there or what needs to release from the organ.  The same as a computer.  Before you run a virus scan on the computer the chances are low that the computer will find something wrong however when you initialize the scan the computer will check everywhere to find out what is going on.  It is that initial stimulation that cause the healing process to start.        

Today I watched the video of Dick & Rick. It was so moving that I could not help crying. Definitely that kind of love makes our society so beautiful. I think what we want & we need is such an impression originated from such a pure love. It makes me look over my own daily life. How much of love do I live with in my daily life? I know everyone has it. But many people forget about it by some reason. That’s why we need practice not just for physical strength but also for recovering our sense (sense of energy) including me ^_^ Today is my last day of 21days training recommended by Ilchi Lee. My goal was 60 fingertip pushups. Finally I did it in this morning. But I didnot practice consistently for last 21 days. Like the Dad, I will start practicing again with love.

I think what all people want is finally ‘Happiness’. If so, we have to think about ‘When I am really happy?’ or ‘What do I really want to be happy?’ Sometimes we may need to ask those question to ourselves very deeply till we get the answer. For that, we can do exercise to recover a certain sense in our body. ‘The sense of energy, can be called Ki or life energy’. Because happiness is a sense.
Ilchi lee recomends many powerful but simple methods or training for this. Brain wave vibraition exercise, Jangsaeng (longevity) walking method,Brain Management,…… Good Luck to you.
