Here are some words about subject by Ilchi Lee. He says awakening the brain is a matter of expanding consciousness. The seven Chakras of the body are directly related to different areas of the brain. By analogy: if Ki energy is equivalent to electricity, and the Chakras are the switches, then each area of the brain is a light. Just as you turn a light on by activating a switch, you can awaken the parts of the brain by activating the Chakras. If only one Chakra is turned on, then only the part of the brain corresponding to that Chakra will awaken. And in order for a human being to become one with the divine spirituality within, the whole brain must be awakened.
Chakras also have a direct symbiotic relationship with the auto-nomic nervous system.

This is the system that controls the most basic life functions of respiration, circulation, and digestion. The Chakras also have an intimate relationship with the endocrine system. Blockages or imbalances in the energy of the Chakras are reflected in the types and levels of hormones released by the endocrine system.

The kind of balancing exercises included in this chapter work not only to balance the body physically but also to balance the mind. As your child learns these postures, new brain connections will naturally be made. Also, improved concentration will come as a natural outgrowth of these exercises.

Try these exercises to help children develop better balance and focus. Before beginning, have children tap their fingertips gently on their lower abdomen, just below the belly button, to find their center of gravity. Ilchi Lee also suggests remind them to focus on that point as they attempt to balance.

01. Stand with your feet together and your palms in the “prayer position.”

02. Slowly bring one foot up, placing the bottom of the foot as high as you can on the inner thigh. Push your knee out to the side. (If this is difficult at first, place the foot lower on the leg.)

03. Slowly extend your arms up and out to the side, creating a V shape with your arms.

Here are some lines by Ilchi Lee about subject written in his book.

The future is in our collective hands. We need to awaken that part of the Creator that we have within us and really wish for a world of happiness and harmony for all humankind. As we have made a choice to be enlightened, we have to make a collective choice to do so as well. We need a collective choice and collective courage. One or two people alone can’t do this work. This work has to be done by millions upon millions of people.

I propose that in ten years, we reach a threshold of one hundred million spiritually enlightened humans around the world who can act as catalysts to effect a worldwide Enlightenment Revolution. I view this initial one hundred million as the critical mass we need to ignite the fire. When these one hundred million people make the choice to reach a collective enlightenment, then we will change the destiny of the Earth itself. The healing vibration of their choices and determination will cure the Earth of the ills that we have caused. Then we will finally be on our way to Mago’s Castle again.

In respect of subject Mr Ilchi Lee founder of Dahn Yoga says children are in a constant state of flux. Their bodies are always changing, and their minds must struggle to keep up. It is easy for children to feel out of control and uncomfortable in their own skin. As adults, we usually just chalk this up to the “awkward phase” and wait for them to outgrow it.

More physical exercise of all types will help your child gain a sense of centeredness, but strength in the lower body is most important for creating physical stability. Also, moving the arms and legs in opposition across the mid-line of the body helps to establish coordination between the left and right sides of the brain.

Many of the sports and games that children play, such as skateboarding and hopscotch, emphasize balance in movement, and often children become quite proficient at this sort of balancing and coordination. Static balance, the kind of balance needed when you stand still on one foot, requires much more concentrated effort to achieve. Developing this skill calls on the ability to focus deeply while gaining genuine awareness of the entire body as a single entity.

Now science has to work to create concrete and materialistic underpinnings to help human beings achieve spiritual advancement on a global scale. The time has come to use science tor spiritual means, for now it has given us the ability to germinate the seed of spiritual enlightenment throughout the world instantly and continuously.

Medicine needs to develop into a comprehensive field in which it not only treats physical diseases and pains but also treats the emotional, mental, and spiritual causes of the various ailments that make us suffer so. Medicine should seek to help people recover the natural harmony and balance of the body, mind, and spirit, and should act to prevent the physical manifestations of these essentially spiritual diseases, not “cure” them with purely physical means.

About subject Ilhci Lee tells in his books the purpose of the economy cannot be to serve egotistic ends, or to earn the most money with the least effort, or to squeeze out a higher working efficiency in the market place, or to create a higher abstract value for the various industries. The purpose of the economy should be to serve as a tool with which to help human beings on their journey of spiritual growth. We need a fundamental shift in direction from materialistic goals, with their basis in our physical selves, to spiritual goals, with their basis in our True Selves. The economy has to be just another tool in the toolbox helping us to fulfill our true purpose in life.

The same goes for science. Cloning, artificial intelligence, and other research is once again calling into question the exact definition of a human being. This question arises because we still think of ourselves only as physical beings. The definition of a human being must consist ot our spiritual nature. So far, science has been used mainly to satisfy the appetite for control and domination of the few. So far, science has sometimes been used to rob us of our spiritual nature.

Balance Check

Extend your arms out to the side, and lift one foot up so that it iseven with your knee. Count slowly to 10. Repeat on the other side. Now, try again, but with your eyes closed. How did you do?

Point01: I have a hard time balancing for the full 10 counts.
Point02: I balance easily with eyes open, but not with eyes closed.
Point03: I can balance well, either way.

Mind-Body Check

Curl your right hand into a fist and lightly tap your chest. At the same time, repeatedly sweep your chest with your left palm. Continue for a few seconds, then switch, sweeping with your right palm and tapping with your left fist. Switch one more time. Was this easy for you?

Point01: It is hard to do the exercise at all.
Point02: I can easily do the two motions, but it is hard to switch.
Point03: I can easily do the two motions at the same time, and it is easy to switch. Read more Ilchi Lee article.
