Positive thinking patterns are clearly a precursor to good health. In addition, they help facilitate proper flow of ki through the body, leading to a vital, fully developed sense of health and well-being. Quantum physics has taught us that everything in the universe is ultimately energy, and Brain Wave Vibration will empower you to use your brain stem to emanate positive, supportive energy throughout your body and into your life.
Energy Management Is Life Management
Brain Wave Vibration is essentially a means of managing your energy, in much the same way that you manage your time or your finances. If you feel stressed out or burned out, you may think it is because you have too much to do. That may indeed be the case, but for most people, burnout comes from the inability to manage their energy, not from having too much to do.
Research has shown that the body and mind function according to ultra fine rhythms, cycles in which the body moves from high-energy to low energy states. At the low point of the cycle, which occurs every 90 to 120 minutes, your energy dips and your mind wanders (Schwartz)? In response to this energy deficit, people usually reach for that extra cup of coffee, grab a sugary snack, or just suffer through the feeling of listless fatigue.

This kind of habitual behavior in the long run only produces burnout and inefficient working habits. What people really need is an effective way to recharge their energy, rather than to push themselves artificially through the feeling of exhaustion and brain fog.
On top of this tendency, most people’s work is not balanced from the brain’s point of view. These days, most people find that their jobs require a great deal of processing from the prefrontal cortex, especially for left-brain functions, like logical, symbolic, and verbal processing.
Brain Wave Vibration can function as a kind of energetic and creative battery charger for your body and brain. Whenever you find yourself in that energetic valley, or when you feel blocked creatively, use the method to bring new life to your day.

By doing so, you are shaking loose the tension that has built up in your body, and you are opening your body to new energy. Furthermore, as you quiet your thinking mind, you give the creative right brain a chance to chime in, allowing new opportunities for innovative ideas and solutions.
According to Asian traditional medical models, we all have meridians that run through the body and carry life energy, known as ki. According; to this model, any pain or disease that occurs in the body is the result of blockage to that energy flow. Acupuncture, a method whose efficacy has been well-established in several studies, seeks to improve the flow of energy, fine-tun¬ing it for optimal health. Many mind-body practices, like tai chi and yoga, also help open up these pathways. Likewise, Brain Wave Vibration allows you to shake loose the blockages in your body for better energy flow.

Energy is the language spoken by your body. You probably already know that your brain sends bio electric signals to your organs and muscles through the nerve pathways in your body. But did you ever consider how your brain talks to your cells?
Not long ago, biologists believed that the cell membrane was relatively inconsequential, that it simply functioned as a contain¬ment system to absorb chemical substances as needed. More recently, however, biologists have looked more carefully at how the cell membrane responds to its surrounding environment. Bruce Lipton, a biologist studying how the cell membrane works, claims that the cell interprets its environment not solely based on chemical information but also based on energetic information.
New discoveries about the cell membrane have led Lipton and other scientists to reconsider the ancient Asian concept of ki, which was once rejected as irrational. As it turns out, the energy emitted by your brain, your brain waves may be crucial to the overall health of your cells.

You may have been taught to believe that your genes determine what you will become. This can be especially dis empowering when you hear that you may inherit the diseases of your parents and grandparents. However, a whole new line of thinking is emerging from biological science. Now, biologists realize that genes are not the only players in the inter cellular game that decides your personal health.
As it turns out, the membrane that surrounds the cell may be more important than genes in determining your state of health. The cell membrane senses and responds to the surrounding environment. In other words, it is the brain of the cell, receiving and interpreting messages from the body. But who talks to your cells on behalf of your body, telling them how to act? It is the same element that talks to your organs—telling your heart to beat and your lungs to breathe. It is your brain.

You can communicate with any organ of your body. Ki energy is omnipresent, not only within our bodies, but throughout the universe. Ki goes where our mind directs it. If we consciously think about our heart and brain, Ki will flow there. Dahn-mu is a way of expressing currents of energy with your movements. The moment you immerse yourself in the currents of energy, beyond the barriers of self-consciousness and thought, you begin to converse with your soul. This is the moment when the divinity within awakens.
“My body is not my all.” “My emotions are not my all.” “My thoughts are not my all.” these said by Ilchi Lee.
“Then, what or who am I?” “Who is the real me?” Only through Ki energy can you meet with your True Self. Dahn-mu is a signal that you are ready to meet the Creator Within. To feel the flow of Ki energy, and to use it to awaken the deepest potential within, is truly a blessing and will bring about transformation of your life.

Before beginning Healing Chakra Training, it is important to relax your body and mind. Unless you are sensitive to Ki energy, you cannot activate your body’s Chakra system. Ki energy is felt when body and mind are in a relaxed state. Relaxation is prerequisite to all forms of meditation and healing. When we are tense, our minds and bodies tend to contract, thus prohibiting the free flow of energy.
Ki energy acts as a bridge connecting body and soul. The soul delivers its messages to the body through Ki energy. You must relax in order to meet with your soul. Ji-gam (energy sensitivity training) and Dahn-mu (energy dance) are the most effective methods to induce relaxation. Ji-gam training assists in stopping the flow of thoughts and emotions, making it possible to concentrate exclusively on the body. With this heightened sensitivity, it is possible to expand the feeling of the subtle currents of energy. As your state of Ji-gam becomes deeper, your body will move with the flow of energy in an unconscious, spontaneous expression of the energy flow. This is Dahn-mu. Through Dahn-mu, you will meet with your true master, your soul. Thus, Dahn-mu is the language of the soul.
