Brain

My study of my brain has led me to realize that the place of nothingness is in my brain.  I watched my brains response to my actions that I make with my body.  My posture, my voice, my response time, my speed when moving, my gestures, smiling all effect my brain and helps in the process of creating thoughts.  The information I have about the different actions creates the effect those actions have on my brain.  What does this mean?  That my actions themselves are not good or bad it is my information that makes them good or bad.  After realizing this then I wondered: is there any natural actions that my brain responds to without any judgement.  I realized that even since my first day on Earth I was bombarded with information around me that told me what was good and what was bad.  When I laughed my parents laughed.  When I cried they were not happy.  When I smilled they smilled and on and on and on.  The next question that came up was what did my brain think before the external influence.  I asked myself this question and reflected deeply inside for the answer.  The only answer I received was Nothing.  That means that all this time the meditators search to become nothing is not something to become at all.  It is the natural state of everyone.  Realizing this was a huge relief.  I don’t need to gain anything because I already have it inside of me.

To truly create something first we need a picture in our minds of what we will create.  Then we need a plan to go about making appear in reality.  Next we need the will to take action.  The means can be changed from time to time depending on the situation.  It may-not seem like it is really creation when we make our ideas reality.  We sometimes ignore the most beautiful things about our life.  We tend to focus on the things we don’t like more.  Odd thing is why would you give attention to what you don’t like to be involved in.

I recently visited a site of www.43things.com, where I saw what people are interested in through most popular tags.

‘Be Happy’, ‘Fall in Love’, ‘Start my own business’, ‘Write a Book’,'Lose Weight’,'Go on a road trip with no predetermined destination’,'Save Money’,…
I think what all people want is finally ‘Happiness’. If so, we have to think about ‘When I am really happy?’ or ‘What do I really want to be happy?’ Sometimes we may need to ask those question to ourselves very deeply till we get the answer. For that, we can do exercise to recover a certain sense in our body. ‘The sense of energy, can be called Ki or life energy’. Because happiness is a sense.
Ilchi lee recomends many powerful but simple methods or training for this. Brain wave vibraition exercise, Jangsaeng (longevity) walking method,Brain Management,…… Good Luck to you.

He is the kind of person that does not hold on to old ideas.  He is always trying to create a way to improve more.  That is really one thing I respect about him.  It is more beneficial in my opinion to learn from a guide like that than to learn from a traditionalist.

Has anyone checked out the 21-day miracle training on Ilchi.com? It seems very interesting. It seems very similar to a lot of existing self- improvement programs, but the objective seems fundamentally different. Much more beyond just the simple “miracle.” Click here to check out the program.

When  I  go  to  Dahn class  I am  able  to  be in the now.  There is no other  way  to   be  then  to  be in the now.  Time  stops  when I’m  at  the center.  My brain  waves  become  calm  and I  am   to feel my heart  and  think  clearly!  It is an  amazing  thing.  I never  knew  what  it  really  felt like to  be in the present  moment.. Now  I appreciate  every breath ….  Thank  you Ilchi!

When i  take  Dahn class  lately, they  are  introducing  more  and  more  vibration  training.  I never  was  fully aware of  how  much  this  affects our  brain waves.  How much  we  are  connected  to our bodies  and  our  brains..  I  am  so  wonderously appreciative  of  this  training.. I really  reach  a  deep  sense  of  relaxation  as  well as  being  able to  reach  my  subconscous mind.  It  brings  about  a  whole  new  awareness.  Thank  you Ilchi Lee  for  introducing  such a simple yet  powerful  exercises.

“To take another breath, you must first  exhale.    When you have   breathed out  and  emptied your lungs, you can breath in again.  Continuing  to inhale without exhaling breaks the rhytym  and  balance  of  life, ausing  illness..”

By  Dr. Ilchi lee…

I just read the paper on the “Principles of Brain Wave Vibration” on www.ilchilee.com. I’m amazed at how Ilchi Lee can explain scientifically yet so simply and clearly how stress causes illnesses and physical conditions.

I truly appreciate the fact that Ilchi Lee can clarify all the wonderings and questions that many of us have. With such simplicity and elegance at that! Hehehe :D

I never realized  that  if  I talk to my brain…I can  actua  really be even more productive than  i think I am.  I can set a  clear  goal  and  align my subconscious mind  with my conscious mind..  I never  understood  how  to do this..  Through Dahn practice  I  am  now  able  to  feel what my true soul really wants ..
