The Incredible Brain of a Child
Posted by evening dreamer under Child Development , Children , EducationNo Comments
Lately, I have been teaching my niece what I am learning in Dahn Classes.
We just did Dahn Jon Tapping and Intestine Exercise together. I told her how helpful it was to do these exercises all of the time. Of course, she believed me. What I was surprised to learn was…she took my advice. Every day, my sister would tell me that my niece was playing her belly drum, and making frog noises as she pushed out her belly.
My sister is still learning, but my niece was having a blast with her drumming (the tapping) and her frog imitation (intestine exercises with sound).
When a child listens to you and takes an action, the results are astounding. I have to be careful what I say around my niece because she (and her brain) is like a sponge. She is that open and trusts that much that she will impersonate and imitate both good and bad.
The brain of a child is so amazing!
