BEST 5

My study of my brain has led me to realize that the place of nothingness is in my brain.  I watched my brains response to my actions that I make with my body.  My posture, my voice, my response time, my speed when moving, my gestures, smiling all effect my brain and helps in the process of creating thoughts.  The information I have about the different actions creates the effect those actions have on my brain.  What does this mean?  That my actions themselves are not good or bad it is my information that makes them good or bad.  After realizing this then I wondered: is there any natural actions that my brain responds to without any judgement.  I realized that even since my first day on Earth I was bombarded with information around me that told me what was good and what was bad.  When I laughed my parents laughed.  When I cried they were not happy.  When I smilled they smilled and on and on and on.  The next question that came up was what did my brain think before the external influence.  I asked myself this question and reflected deeply inside for the answer.  The only answer I received was Nothing.  That means that all this time the meditators search to become nothing is not something to become at all.  It is the natural state of everyone.  Realizing this was a huge relief.  I don’t need to gain anything because I already have it inside of me.

Wouldn’t the true mind be the mind that favors all the positive characteristics of human character and values?  For instance: peace, love, sharing, forgiveness, truth, justice and many many many more.  Let’s just start with these six listed here.  Due to the possible difference in information we each have regarding these words we should come to some sort of zero point of agreement regarding the meaning of each.  Agreed?

The personality of a person is one way you can measure that person’s matureness of spirit.  It makes sense to me.  Afterall Children act much different than adults.  They are more prone to follow insitinct adults are more prone to follow something be it reasoning, religion or society etc.  As an adult we can act more consciously about our choices.

He is the kind of person that does not hold on to old ideas.  He is always trying to create a way to improve more.  That is really one thing I respect about him.  It is more beneficial in my opinion to learn from a guide like that than to learn from a traditionalist.

Through a number of the trainings offered through the Dahn Yoga and BEST 5 program, I came to see and continue to see myself more and more deeply. As I identify and watch different aspects of my ego and learn to accept it just as aspects of my ego — nothing more, nothing less — I feel my true self also get stronger and brighter…

Some of the trainigs are so unique and some seem so ordinary in their methods, but they’ve all been, in the end, so powerful in getting more deeply in touch with myself. I’m sincerely grateful to Ilchi Lee for founding and developing such a program.

When searching for an answer to any question I had in the past at the time I believed that I was pretty resourceful and diligent.  About 6 or 7 years ago I started studying with Dr. Ilchi Lee and I learned to look inside for the answers to any of my questions.  I feel now that I am truly resourceful and diligent now.   That was a most precious enlightenment that I received from Dr. Ilchi Lee Brain Education schools.

Mastery of your Brain

How would that feel like….using my 100%…

What are the most common reasons I lack control over my brain?

-The answer is beliving or not your brain (Ilchi lee, Best 5)

While I am reading BEST 5(Ilchi lee), I can find many good answer and guidence about my life.  This is one of them.

He explained about how I can develop my spirituality further by using my brain.

“One way to begin is by setting your values and goals very high. You possess greatness within you and you must believe that in order to manifest it. By creating a lifestyle that is geared toward contributing positively to humanity, you will come to feel your own divine nature very naturally. If you live your life this way, you will develop great respect for yourself, along with an iron will and a passionate, generous heart.  In my view, a truly spiritual life is one that puts very high ideals into action. “

From Ilchi lee’s BEST 5 book, there is answer about why it is so esay to revert back to old thought patterns and habits after training.

”…your habits are hardwired into your brain. Any time you do someghing, a unique pattern of neural connections is activated. If you repeat something often, the connections become more and more solidly reinforced. ”

But there is hope to change our brain through training.  he said

“Fortunately, because we never lose the ability to grow new connections in the brain, we also never lose the ability to change our habits, just as you may always change the configuration of a computer. ..but you can definitely create new habits and new neural connections that take precedence over the old habits. ”

That’s why we have to keep practice and training to make new good habit ^^*
