This form of Brain Wave Vibration, also known as Dahn-jon Clapping, will help facilitate incredible improvements to your health if you practice it regularly. Abdominal Vibration is among the most effective methods for improving the overall balance of energy in the body as it draws heat energy away from the head and into the abdomen.

This is a classic exercise to begin to stimulate the physical en­ergy of the body. The physical energy is centered in the lower ab­domen in what is called the lower Dahn-jon, but many of us, usu-allv because of inactivity, do not have strong lower Dahn-jons. This is a way to reinvigorate the lower dahn-jon, and thus the physical bodv as well.

If you suffer from anv digestive problems, you should prac­tice this consistently, working up to 1,000 repetitions per day. It is a good idea to do 100 to 200 repetitions at the beginning of any Brain Wave Vibration session in order to stabilize and center your energy. This exercise can also be completed in a variety of postures, including Living on your back or on your side. As you shift position, you will notice a difference in the sensation as it targets different parts of the bodv. If small black-and-blue marks appear on your abdomen, don’t worry— it is normal and will disappear after a few days of practice.

The need for safety or stability is the most basic of them all. People feel rage and anger when something or someone threatens their safety, whether it be physical safety, economic stability, or social stature. If they are helpless against the threats, they fall into fear and despair.

Ilchi Lee writes people also have a need to be acknowledged or recognized for their worth. If you are recognized, you feel good. If you are not, you don’t. You’d do almost anything to be recognized. In one-way or another, your current situation is the sum of all the things that you have done to satisfy your needs for safety and recognition. You have smiled in order to maintain your sense of safety and stability, you have striven to be diligent to be recognized, and you have tried to be responsible in order to maintain a certain status in life.

Finally, people have a need to dominate or control. When someone agrees and follows your lead, he or she is likable. When someone disagrees with you. he or she is not so likable.

When you are thankful, you become diligent. You do not waste time, and you work hard because you are so thankful for everything that you have. Then you become harmonious. You get along with everyone. You think of others first. You do the hardest work first, you are always thankful, you are always forgiving.

And if everyone is thankful, diligent, and harmonious, then we have a genuine Heaven on Earth. This is what we call “Hong-Ik Ingan, E-wha Saegae,” in the Korean tradition. Directly translated, “Wide-Benefits Human, Everything-Harmonious World.” This kind of world will not be the offspring of some political or religious theory.

The treatment of the tonsillitis on the lines of modern medical system by means of painting and spraying is both harmful and suppressive. It does not help to relieve the method of the toxins, which are the cause of the difficulty. In fact it forces these toxins back into the system, which may cause more serious problems later on. The right way to treat the disease is to purify the system of toxic waste through proper dietetic and other natural methods.

To begin with, the patient should fast for three to five days by which
time serious indication would fall down. Nothing but water and orange juice should be taken during this time. The bowels should be cleansed daily with a warm water enema during the period of fasting. A cold pack should be useful to the throat at two-hourly break during the day.  The process is to wring out some linen material in cold water, wrap it two or three times around the throat and cover it with some flannelling.

The throat may be gargling a number of times daily with neat lemon juice.  Gargle made from the fenugreek seeds is very useful in severe cases. To make such a gargle, two tablespoonfuls of fenugreek seeds should be allowable to simmer for half an hour in a liter of water and then set aside to cool. The whole quantity should be used as a soothing gargle in a day with valuable results.

Nuts and unrefined grains are good sources of potassium. Calcium is a natural sedative. Deficiencies can cause fatigue, nervousness and tension. Dairy products, eggs, almonds, and soybeans are rich sources of calcium. Magnesium is known as nature’s tranquillizer and is related with the avoidance of heart attack. Deficiencies may lead to excitability, irritability, anxiety and emotional disorders.

The eye wasn’t made to be always focused on close objects. If your work requires that you stare at a computer screen all day long or if you watch a lot of television, stop from time to time to do a few eye exercises.

For example Ilchi Lee writes, roll your eyes in large circles in both directions; look over to each side as far as possible and then go from up to down; or scan an imaginary text on the wall from left to right; or look out the window as far as you can next the horizon then return to a point right in front of you and begin again.

In this way, you will avoid long-term eye problems; you will enlarge your inner space, and relax both your eyes and your mind.

Prof Ilchi Lee says investigate has shown that people whose diet is rich in potassium (vegetarians for example) are less likely than others to develop high blood pressure.

Calcium is also helpful. Fortunately, potassium and calcium are abundantly present in a large variety of foods. Fruits, vegetables, beans, fish, fowl and lean meats are full of potassium. Calcium is a little more restricted. Foods rich in calcium usually also contain large amounts of sodium and fat, which can boost blood pressure.

However, moderate amounts of milk are recommended, as well as yogurt, almonds, bananas, grapes, broccoli, potatoes, beans, tofu and sardines.

Ilchi Lee writes that without iron, there would be no hemoglobin in the blood. Hemoglobin gives red corpuscles their color. And it is the hemoglobin that carries oxygen to all parts of the body.

If you lack iron, an insufficient supply of oxygen in your hemoglobin will produce sensations of fatigue, headaches and shortness of breath. Men don’t have to worry too much: most men have a reserve of iron stored in their body that could last 3 years! But women, because of the menstrual cycle, need twice as much iron as men.

And the amount is even higher for with child women. Vitamin C doubles the amount of iron the body absorbs: so it is a good idea to add a glass of tomato or orange or grapefruit juice to every meal. On the other hand, tea reduces the amount of iron absorbed by 50% and coffee by about 39%.

At the height of the debate, the white-robed gods suggested a radical idea: if the gods followed their suggestion and the project failed, then they would change into black robes, signifying a fundamental change in the direction of the universe. This is logical, for even gods have to take responsibilities for their choices. Choice is free, but one must take responsibility for its consequences. This is the rule that a creator has to follow. The black-robed gods agreed to this arrangement and the project proceeded with a unanimous vote to unlock the divine creative potential in humans.

Those that favored unlocking the divine creative potential wore white robes and the opposition wore black. This division represented a more fundamental division among the gods: one side wanted to expand the use of the divine creativity in all areas of the universe and, accordingly, went around planting seeds of divine information. The other side wanted to limit the use of divine creativity, and was consequently busy scooping up the seeds of divine information that the white-robed ones had scattered.

However, knowing that they represented opposite but necessary sides that brought a balanced tension to the universe, each side respected the work of the other. But in the case of the Omega Experiment, as we might call this project, they needed unanimity among the gods in order to take any action, since it was originally conceived and begun as a collective project. Therefore, the debate intensified.
