Vision Meditation

Thursday, October 16th, 2008

As Ilchi Lee informs that, it is necessary to reinforce new information in your head in order for it to become a habit. Otherwise, it is very easy to revert back to your old system of values, old insecurities, and to your old identity. It takes courage to break away from the familiar, from that which feels safe and secure even when it is strangling our soul. In order to make enlightenment an everyday habit, we need to practice until our brain is hardwired to work for the good of all. Our brain needs to be trained to “Hong-Ik” at all times.

For DahnHak training the fifth step of Brain Respiration is the stage in which we learn to actualize the enlightenment that we have realized during previous stages. What is the way to utilize one hundred percent of the capacity of a newly integrated brain? The key is to supply the brain with information that is positive, fun, refreshing, and delightful… with information that will fully motivate the brain to act to its full capacity. Such information is called a vision. Only when the brain is working for a vision will it function at an optimal level.

Mastering the brain consists of three training programs: ” Vision Meditation” designed to produce a brain that is vision oriented; “Self-Creation” used to reinforce a new you by putting positive and affirming information into your brain; and “Feeling the Earth” which teaches how to actualize enlightenment in everyday life. Through repetitive training, enlightenment will become a natural part of your life, and your brain will have developed into a Power Brain, which is creative, peaceful, and productive.

When you choose which information is creative, peaceful, and productive, you must have a standard on which to base your decision. This is simple. The answers are “Earth” and “Peace’.’ The question to ask when making any choice is not “Is this good for me, my country, or my faith?” Instead, we must ask ourselves, “Is this good for the Earth?” Instead of asking, “Will this enhance niy competitive ability?” ask, “Will this enhance the opportunity for peace in this world?”

Earth and Peace are two passwords that give you access to the true abilities of your brain, for the Earth is more immediately valuable to us than the survival and propagation of any religion or nation-state, and Peace forms the foundation of all values that are precious to us.

BR Completion Stage Brain Mastering

Tuesday, October 14th, 2008

The brain is the rendezvous point between our soul and the cosmos. On a physical level, however, the brain is the central processing station for all the information that activates and moves our body. Depending on how you use its immense potential, the brain can be characterized as a “Golden Brain” or a “Dark Brain.”

Doctor Ilchi Lee explains that a Golden Brain is creative, peaceful, and productive. It processes and generates positive information to heal the self and others. On the other hand, a Dark Brain generates destructive or unproductive information, resulting in harm to ones own soul and the souls of others.

We have learned that the experience of meeting the essence ot life vibrating in the brain stem will give us a new realization and confidence to choose who we want to be and what we want to live for. These choices will lead to the utilization of one hundred percent of our brain to fulfill our innermost spiritual desire.

However, just because you wake up early one day doesn’t mean that you will continue to wake up early every day.

What Type of Vision Should I Hold

DahnHak Program Information By Ilchi Lee

The diagrams depict the process of achieving growth by overcoming your limitations. If A is your current equilibrium state of consciousness, you can only reach B by overcoming your limitations. Similarly, you can advance from B to C, growing through a series of visions.

The bright, white line in the diagram represents the guideline for your vision. The nature of the vision must be positive, ultimately pointing to a common destination. Therefore, when formulating a vision, make sure that it is aligned with completion of your soul. Otherwise, you may achieve your vision but for the wrong; reasons.

Professor Ilchi Lee advice that first, ask yourself how much growth you want during this lifetime? Let’s say you started from the level of 200 and reached 400. If you are satisfied with 400 as the level you want to achieve in this lifetime, then no further advancement will be made. If you want more growth, you must set an even higher goal. Then, what is the highest vision you can set for yourself? Borrowing from Dr. Hawkins work let’s say it is the level of 1,000 lux. This is the level of divine goodness, where instinct to benefit others, Hong-Ik, finds greatest expression.

Creating a world based on our inner divinity, and a peaceful global community based on a higher human collective consciousness, is the ultimate vision shared by all people, whether they realize it or not. When we consciously acknowledge and share in this common vision, our deepest spiritual instincts will be satisfied.

You Are the Master of Your Brain

Thursday, September 18th, 2008

The great news is that you have infinite power to change and refine your brain. A few decades back, scientists
thought that people could have very little influence over their brains. It was assumed that by the time people reached adulthood their brain connections were permanently and indelibly in place.

In childhood, one might be able to exert some influence over the development of the brain, but for the most part these things were genetically determined. It was thought that the old adage “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks” was literally true.
More recently, scientists have discovered that the opposite is true. There is a quality to the brain called neuroplasticity that allows you, right up to the end of your life, to restructure and adapt your brain according to your needs. You
can learn new things and adapt to new environments, even in extreme old age

Ilchi Lee on Brain Mastery

Sunday, September 14th, 2008

I remember one time when I was a young man there was a bridge under which people threw a lot of garbage. The garbage just piled up week after week. People complained about the garbage, but no one ever did anything to change the situation.

So one day, I decided I would do something about the problem. I began to clear the garbage away, one piece at a time. When all the trash had been hauled away, I buried it in a hole that I had dug in the mountains. I then planted pumpkin seeds in the ground covering the trash. Soon, big, beautiful pumpkins were growing there.

This was a huge moment of discovery for me. It came at a moment when I felt truly hopeless about my life. In my early twenties, I had failed the college entrance exams three times. I realized that all I really needed was the opportunity to do something positive for peopel, and that something positive could even come from a pile of trash.

True brain mastery is the ability to see possibility, even where others see only trash. Those pumpkins grew so well precisely because the garbage had been there before; the trash added nutrients to the soil.

For real brain mastery, you must learn to see your life in the same way, realizing that all the difficult, ugly parts of life can become the compost from which grows your own fulfillment. The trick is to keep a positive mind so that all the beautiful possibilities of life can be seen.

Ilchi Lee on peace

Monday, September 1st, 2008

What does peace mean? Ilchi Lee says on peace. Now we have lots of wars going on the earth. We tend to think that the Earth is really really big, so we can use it as much as we can. However, the Earth is not that much big. Yes, it can be big for an individual, but not for the 6.5 billion humanity at all. We are sharing this earth with all humanity. We should hand over the earth to our descendants in a very good status. Tens of years later, your kids will grow up and ask you, “What have you done with the earth which I should hand over to MY children?” You should be careful on what you do now to be bold to this question.

Taking care of environment is not that difficult, if you focus on what you do. Take action from saving electricity and water. Make sure you turn off the light in an empty room. Double check if you have to use that much water in your every day life.

Anyway, Ilchi Lee says he doesn’t think peace is a state where there is no war. Peace means much more than that. When we care others and share a vision, we feel supported each other.

Ilchi Lee on what I want

Monday, September 1st, 2008

We should really find out that what we want in our lives. If you really want something badly, then you will achieve it. Ilchi Lee uses that maxim a lot, “Heaven helps those who helps themselves.” Success of a project decided not by its difficulty or budget, but by how much will the people with the project have had from the beginning. How deeply the will and result are imprinted in the brain.

Whenever I hit a wall or obstacle in proceeding toward my vision, I remember Ilchi Lee’s quote. How badly do I want this? How deeply am I wanting this success? Today, I woke up early to focus on my vision. When I don’t lose my focus and keep making the necessary effort to make it, I think it’s always possible. Also, when we really want to achieve something, we should cooperate. We should support each other. We want to respect other’s opinions too. Collaboration and communication are important.

Where there is a will, there is a way. We should always have hope. Anyway, there is always hope, if we choose to see it. If we refuse to see hope, there is not any hope. We are living in the modern society with high technology, sharing the Earth with more than 6 billion people. The only way for us to live altogether and make the Earth sustainable, is to cooperate and collaborate. I still have hope for that.

Ilchi Lee: energy and consciousness

Saturday, August 16th, 2008

According to Ilchi Lee, everything is made of energy. Not only he, but also many modern scientists say that. There are a lot of different kind of levels of energy. What decides a person’s energy level? It is her consciousness. That’s why people say to be careful what you wish for. Depending on your consciousness, your energy will be decided.

David Hawkins made a research about human consciousness. He used the method of kinesiology, a muscle test. After years of research, he figured out the level of consciousness. He calibrated from 0 to 1,000. What is your level of consciousness now? People’s level of consciousness doesn’t stay all the same. When a good things happen to you, your mind naturally goes to the state of peace and love. But what if something you don’t want happened to you? It is not always easy to keep quiet mind.

Dahn Yoga programs, most of which have been created by Ilchi Lee, provide lots of opportunities for one to grow their level of the consciousness.

After a while, the joy from the happy moment passes by and the sadness from the unwanted event weakens, your consciousness comes back to a certain state. The average state of your consciousness, that is your level of consciousness, said David Hawkins.

Ilchi Lee on information and energy

Friday, August 15th, 2008

Ilchi Lee says that managing energy is very important. Everything is made of the energy. And the energy is decided by the information one has. Would it be possible to measure a human being’s value? Is it a crazy idea or innovative idea? Ilchi Lee says human’s value is proportion to quantity and quality of information one has in their brain.

It is a very innovative and unique idea to me! It is a clearly out-of-the-box idea! Ilchi Lee says he has not spent his life seeking the enlightenment. The enlightenment humanity need to make the Earth sustainable, are already realized by great people in history—Jesus, Buddha, Confucius, Mahommed, etc. The important issue is to a method to disseminate and share the enlightenment. We all know how we should live. We all learn it from the pre-school and kindergarten. We only know it by the knowledge, not as philosophy of our lives.

Ilchi Lee on Choice and action

Wednesday, August 13th, 2008

Ilchi Lee says a choice is very important. Everything we have for our circumstances are what we have created based on our choices. To know oneself really clearly and make a right choice based on the awareness, and to take action based on the choice is what the enlightenment is about.

The earth is big, really big. Billions of people, and another billions, trillions of animals, plants and bugs live on the planet. But a human brain is even bigger than the earth. All the problems and issues of the earth are made by the brain. And that’s why all answers can be found in the brain too.

Ilchi Lee says that his vision and dream is to help 100 million people awakened to the potential of their brain’s performance. Only with the right information of the brain and effective utilization, can humanity overcome all the issues and problems of the earth that all the inhabitants of the planet are sharing right now.

That’s why Brain Wave Vibration is so important. Through Brain Wave Vibration, we can adjust our brain wave to normal and pure. When we have innocent and pure brain wave, we will have childlike pure heart and mind. I want to disseminate Brain Education and the importance of well management of one’s brain.
