To me nature is like a silent grandparent.  Not many people pay attention to it but they always get love from and can always come to it when they need something.  Like a grandparent we should treat it with alot of consideration.  We should make sure it is healty and able to function well.  We should take care of its needs.  It is really in our best interest to become the Earth’s favorite grandchild.  We shouldn’t just receive love we should also give it.

Many people says now is an era of Internet, especially Web2.0 or Wikinomics. Through Internet, Many people on earth like to collaborate each other without limits between nations. If you visits the famous sites such as www.innocentive.com, www.worldcommunitygrid.com,…you know how they are helping each other to solve their problems, some of them are for earth.

I think now our earth is going to very dangerous situation in view of many environmental problem, social problem, war,… But at the same time, we definitely hope to overcome it. Because now our world is connected directly through Internet. In any place, in any age or in any time we can connect to each other, then share information and do a certain choice then act on it.

Our situation allow us to do global management. Ilchi lee emphasize on the importance of Internet’s role. He’s sharing lots of effective & individual methods for growth & changes.

I met a random person at my favorite local coffeeshop, and we got to talking deeply about spirituality and the need for people to open up their minds to the idea of spirituality beyond the traditional religious forms of spiritual practice. I was so excited that I could share with him my beliefs and what I’ve discovered so far through my Dahn Yoga practice, and he listened with such eagerness and bright eyes.

When I was walking home deeply reinspired and feeling very light, it dawned on me how amazing it is that I can share in such a conversation with such openness and sincerity with a complete stranger. More importantly, it made me realize that we truly are approaching very near the time when the Earth’s humanity will make the big shift onto a globally spiritual path — as Ilchi Lee has been calling out.

I want to keep heaven in my brain.

I need to listen well from others. I enjoy to talk & talk & talk but hardly listen to others.

Since I joined Dahnyoga, I’ve learned to listen will from heart.

What do I want for my life ? What is my vision ?

Actually, I didn’t have answer before I took shimsung workshop in Dahn Yoga.

Now, I’m clear what do i wnat for myself and for future. I want be in love with myself and soul.

Day by Day, I feel how much I’m getting bright and stronger. I never focus inner view or tureself.

Now I know the way to grow with Dahn yoga. This is my soul journey.

Ilchi Lee has stated that the normal brain wave frequency is a natural state of that accounts for a healthy body, happy mind and peaceful spirit. When the brain waves vibrate at an abnormal frequency, then sickness of the body, mind and/or soul results. Thus, to heal our condition, we have to do exercises to regain our normal brain wave frequency. Exciting stuff, this Brain Education.
