Wouldn’t the true mind be the mind that favors all the positive characteristics of human character and values? For instance: peace, love, sharing, forgiveness, truth, justice and many many many more. Let’s just start with these six listed here. Due to the possible difference in information we each have regarding these words we should come to some sort of zero point of agreement regarding the meaning of each. Agreed?

What is the difference between material and the spiritual? Is there no real difference? Could it be a concept created by man’s reasoning? Or is the realization of there being a material and spiratual wisdom coming directly from the eternal truth? These are questions that could go nowhere if we try to answer them with normal reasoning. We need to become enlightened to even address these sorts of things. Which brings another question: What is real enlightenment? ( Ahhh Yes let the head scratching and one eybrow raising begin)

The personality of a person is one way you can measure that person’s matureness of spirit. It makes sense to me. Afterall Children act much different than adults. They are more prone to follow insitinct adults are more prone to follow something be it reasoning, religion or society etc. As an adult we can act more consciously about our choices.

To truly create something first we need a picture in our minds of what we will create. Then we need a plan to go about making appear in reality. Next we need the will to take action. The means can be changed from time to time depending on the situation. It may-not seem like it is really creation when we make our ideas reality. We sometimes ignore the most beautiful things about our life. We tend to focus on the things we don’t like more. Odd thing is why would you give attention to what you don’t like to be involved in.

I love jungchoon breathing posture number 3. I can feel my spine stretching, especially when I can get my neck flat on the floor. It is really amazing when I can do this. My lowerback starts to relieve tension and I really start to understand the principle of the precious practice. This really does heal your body, you can realign yor spine in minutes. Dahn is so amazing.

“Begin right now.”
Dr. Ilchi says,
“Whoever you were, whatever situation you faced a moment ago, nothing from the past can hinder the new choice you make now in this moment.”
Now is the only thing that exists.
